Terms of Service

Terms governing the Tokeniser website, customer account and API.

1. Scope and acceptance

Tokeniser is the service at tokeniser.ru offering a customer account, API keys and access to models available in its catalogue through a unified API. These terms govern the relationship between the user and the service administration.

Acceptance occurs through the confirmation action provided during registration, first sign-in or payment. Merely viewing public pages does not create an obligation to pay. A person acting for an organisation confirms that they are authorised to do so.

The Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy supplement these terms. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; acknowledging it does not replace a separate consent where the law requires one.

2. Account and access

Users must provide an email address they control, protect sign-in access and API keys, promptly revoke compromised keys and report suspicious activity to support. Using another person’s account, publishing secret keys or bypassing access restrictions is prohibited.

Users select permitted models and limits for their keys. A key grants access only to authorised Tokeniser features; it is not an account with a model provider and does not grant access to other users’ data.

Unauthorised-use disputes are assessed using the circumstances, notification time and available technical evidence. Use of a valid key does not exclude investigation of an error or compromise.

3. Models and output

Availability, supported modes, limits and billing units are described in the published catalogue and the relevant feature interface. References to third-party products identify compatibility and do not imply official representation of their developers.

AI output can be inaccurate, resemble output supplied to others and require independent verification. It does not replace necessary medical, legal, financial or other professional assessment. No particular business outcome, exclusive rights in generated material or permanent availability of a model is promised.

Users must have the rights required to submit their materials and must check whether their use and distribution of output is permitted. These terms do not transfer exclusive rights in user materials to the administration; processing is necessary to perform the request.

4. Rates and payment

Paid use is available only for features enabled in the interface. Before payment, the user is shown the amount in roubles, payment method and number of service credits to be added. The minimum top-up is RUB 100; available amounts and methods are displayed in the payment form. An ordinary top-up does not create a subscription or recurring charge.

Balances are recorded in internal service credits. They pay for service use, are not cryptocurrency, a bank account or an independent payment instrument, and are not equivalent to actual model tokens. Payment-to-credit conversion is displayed before payment confirmation.

A request is charged using the published rate for its model and mode and the recorded quantity. Rates may distinguish input, output, caching, image or audio processing and other separately stated units. Customer rates and rounding rules must be available before paid use. An undisclosed paid option is not treated as ordered.

The rate version applicable when the request is accepted governs that request. Rate changes do not retroactively recalculate completed transactions. Payment is processed through the available payment provider’s secure interface; users must not send full card details, CVV/CVC or bank confirmation codes to Tokeniser support.

5. Reservations and charges

Part of the available balance may be reserved before processing. A reservation is not a final charge. Final settlement uses the applicable rate and unused reservation amounts are released.

Usage and transactions are available in the account and may appear after a technical delay. Repeated delivery of a notification about the same transaction is not itself a reason for another charge.

A request rejected before processing is not billed as a completed service. For an interrupted response, cancellation or network failure, the service actually performed and its quantity are checked against records: an on-screen error does not always mean no processing occurred. Confirmed billing errors are corrected and service-defect claims are handled under the Refund Policy.

6. Refunds and support

Users may stop using the service and request a refund of unused paid value or correction of an erroneous transaction. Calculations take account of services actually supplied and mandatory law. Issuing a key does not create an unconditional no-refund rule.

Requests may be submitted through account support or support@tokeniser.ru. The Refund Policy describes required information, calculations and time limits. Contacting support does not restrict access to a bank, competent authority or court.

7. Availability and restrictions

Maintenance, load limits, connection failures and third-party model outages may occur. The administration takes reasonable measures to restore operation and communicates significant restrictions through available channels. Guaranteed response times or uninterrupted availability apply only when expressly agreed separately.

Access may be restricted proportionately for rule violations, security threats or legal requirements. Where possible, the user is informed of the reason and appeal procedure. Suspension does not automatically forfeit unused paid value.

8. Liability, amendments and termination

The parties are responsible for their actions under applicable law. Technical limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer remedies. Invalidity of one provision does not invalidate the remaining terms.

Revisions are published with a date and version. Material payment and use changes apply to new actions after disclosure; any required acceptance is requested separately. Advertising and data-processing consents are not automatically renewed by revised terms.

Users may revoke keys, end sessions and request account deletion. Closing an account does not extinguish settlement, refund, claim-handling or lawful record-retention obligations.

Questions may be sent through account support or to support@tokeniser.ru. If language versions differ, the Russian version applies unless mandatory user-protection rules require otherwise.
